Moza releases their new Haptic Motion System

Moza announced this week a huge number of new products for both their racing and flight simulator lines. There's also some new stuff for the many farming simulator enthusiasts out there as well.

All new hardware

Moza brought out so many new things, but for us, the new motion system looks to be something we'd love to get our hands on. It's not cheap, but if you have a solid rig and, more importantly, $3000, then you'll be able to take your sim racing experience to the next level

Final thoughts

Moza addressed all price points and categories with this hardware release, and for that, we are grateful. Another thing they released is an update to their Pit House software called AI Coach. It's available to all Moza users for free and claims to help with real-time driver training in a physical way.

MOZA AI Coach is the industry’s first AI coaching software capable of actively controlling compatible sim racing hardware during driver training. By lightly holding the steering wheel and pedals, users can physically experience the AI’s steering, braking and throttle techniques, allowing them to build muscle memory through feel rather than relying solely on visual demonstrations.

We're not sure exactly how this will work, but we will test it and report back in an upcoming article. For now, the impression we get is that haptics will drive the experience. This could therefore mean that you'll feel the AI Coach through your Moza wheelbase's force feedback, but if you don't have Moza haptic pedals, then the wheel feedback is all you will get.

Still, this was a nice release from Moza, and we're continuing to be impressed with their products and surprised by how far they've come in such a short time. All of these products are immediately available for order on MozaRacing.com.
